Welcome Message from Principal 

It is my pleasure to serve the students, staff, and community of Genoa Elementary and Pasadena ISD. My goal, as the principal, is to lead the staff in creating a safe and nurturing student-centered environment and to help to prepare our students to be life-long learners and productive citizens with strong character and inter-personal skills.

Academic achievement is our primary goal, but we also strive to create a school environment where every child feels accepted, supported, and valued. It is our desire that each classroom will develop a community spirit where teachers and students learn together, work together, and have fun together in a positive atmosphere of mutual respect.

Families, staff, and community members play a part in helping our students develop academically, socially, and emotionally. Together, we can make a positive difference. We encourage parents to communicate with teachers and staff to develop a strong partnership between home and school. This will foster greater success for our children.

We are excited for the opportunity to work with you and your child to provide a safe and productive learning environment. Wishing your family, and especially your student, great success this school year.
